Is the tool really anonymous?
Yes. Team members can report without revealing their identity. Admins never see who submitted the report and only assigned Case Managers can respond.
Who has access to the reports?
Only authorized case managers per case category can view cases, nobody else.
What regulations does Anonymous Reporting meet?

Can employees submit and follow up on their case without logging in to Deel?
Yes. Once Anonymous Reporting is set up, admins can share the portal link for submitting anonymous requests. Anyone can submit a case and follow up without needing a Deel login.
Can there be multiple case managers per category?
Yes. You can create as many categories as needed (e.g., bribery, harassment, data protection, etc.) and assign multiple case managers to each.
