Can I use Deel Benefits if I already have a broker?
Yes. Deel is built to work with brokers and existing providers, depending on country, setup, and integrations. Please contact out team to discuss your specific details.
How do deductions stay accurate?
Benefits data connects to payroll so changes are reflected in deductions each pay cycle.
Can employees manage enrollments and life events in Deel?
Yes. Employees can enroll and submit changes, and admins can review and approve. For example, if an employee gets married, they'd be able to follow the plan rules to add their spouse.
How do you handle compliance and audits?
All changes and actions related to benefits are logged in our platform. In addition, all signatures and documents related to benefits are stored securely.
Can we roll this out in phases?
Yes. Many teams start with a few countries or worker groups, then expand. We also offer managed services to help with the migration.
Does this work for EOR employees?
Yes, EOR employees get access to benefits options (both statuary and optional) directly from Deel. We handle the enrollment, management, and regularly shop for plans to keep them competitive. Generally speaking you cannot offer your own benefits instead of ours for EOR employees.
How does this work for PEO employees?
PEO employees have two options. The first is to use your existing benefits and healthcare in the US. The 2nd is to use our US group benefits, where you'll get access to our master plans.
How can I manage my benefits with Deel?
Deel has a Benefit Administration solution that lets you manage benefits for employees paid by Deel Payroll or Deel EOR, this would let you set up your plan, manage deductions in payroll, provide enrollment, and everything else related to benefits management.
