Talent is built to reduce risk and avoid wasted spend. In general, you only pay when you successfully hire the candidate, rather than paying upfront for sourcing without outcomes. After that, a Deel monthly service fee applies for either employing or payrolling the worker.
Is there a guarantee if the hire doesn’t work out?
Yes. Deel includes a 90-day recruitment guarantee if candidate leaves. This gives teams more confidence to move fast, especially when hiring in new markets.
